missingWrote a review on Mar 05cozy accommodationspotless roomsinconsistent facilities
The location is convenient for exploring the area, resembling a cozy holiday home setup. The finished rooms have an immaculate appearance, making them inviting and comfortable for relaxation.
The pool is unheated, which makes it unusable outside of summer, and the jacuzzi's bubble function is out of order. Cold temperatures permeate the whole accommodation, with only one inadequate heater in the bedroom, and the outside breakfast setup leaves guests shivering when dining due to the open doors. Water pressure is inconsistent, and tap water is surprisingly brown. the honesty bar lacks inventory visibility, which makes for an awkward experience while trying to grab a drink.

Big hype, little substance
While the spacious rooms and lovely communal spaces were a plus, the lack of communication regarding road closures during our stay was disappointing. staff could improve their attentiveness to ensure guest needs are anticipated. The breakfast service was decent, yet I expected more based on the reviews. A mixed experience overall.

The pillows were so threadbare, one might mistake them for an ancient relic. I can't fathom why the townhouse didn’t offer me a luxurious upgrade considering the freezing temperatures. Really disappointing. I almost wanted to give a good review but just couldn’t overlook the cold and the brown tap water!

The shower from the room above was quite loud, impacting the overall comfort during my stay.

A light and airy room, tastefully appointed and spotless, provided a delightful stay. The early breakfast, featuring fresh ingredients, was consistently delicious and a perfect way to start the day. While the outdoor area offered a pleasant space to relax, some noise from the kitchen in the morning detracted from the overall experience. the lack of heating made the chilly mornings uncomfortable.

We absolutely loved our time here, enjoying a peaceful night in a beautifully designed double room with stunning mountain views and a cozy lounge area. The outdoor pool and garden were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the kitchen noise could be a bit much in the mornings, but it didn't really take away from our great experience! 😊

Perfect for family memories
We had a generous self-catering apartment that felt like home with all the necessities (those fluffy robes were a hit with the kids! ). The breakfast was really something, always fresh and tasty, perfect way to start the day.
It wasn’t the most economical option we’ve chosen, but overall worth it.

Great outdoor dining area and clean rooms with flat-screen TVs. Wi-Fi should be better.
